Miller’s Bread Kitchen, an iconic bakery/café in Dromana, is seeking experienced baristas to join our team at the Point Leo General Store.

Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available

Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail

• Passion for hospitality and a friendly demeanor

• Strong work ethic

• Enthusiasm for specialty coffee, innovative food, and hospitality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts
