Who we are?

The baker, the chef and the sisters….

Opening another Miller’s Bread Kitchen seemed like the simplest decision we could make as a team, because when you’ve got a team like ours, a team that wants to make the most delicious food and loves the industry like we do, it’s only fair that we expand so that others get to experience the love that we put into our products. Miller’s Bread Cantina is an exciting new venture that is built on the most wonderful friendship, Tom Ward the chef, Tyler Miller the baker and Vanessa and Rebecca Graley, the sisters, are the proud owners of the new Miller’s Bread Cantina.

We’ve been friends since we were 16 and have spent years eating together all over the world and particularly when we were all living in Melbourne together, sometimes under the same roof. We’ve had a lot of fun, we’ve eaten a lot of delicious food together and in doing so, developed an amazing joint passion for the ultimate in bakery food. To capture this history and story and allow for others to enjoy our experiences, we are bringing Millers Bread Cantina to Mornington. It’s time for everyone to enjoy what we love doing the most- creating delicious food embedded with traditional flavours but with a slight Miller’s twist!

Whilst we’ve explored the world and lived most recently in Melbourne, we have always called the Mornington Peninsula our home, having all grown up in this beautiful place. We are back, and ready to give back to a community which provided us so much joy and comfort when we were younger- and what better way to give back to our community than to open a bakery and café that will be serving the finest in comfort food!
